1. Conditions for Return & Exchange

At BGO Fashion, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is required for all returns.
  • Note: Any product purchased under an offer or discount campaign is NOT eligible for return.

Return requests will not be accepted if the item is damaged due to misuse or if it is returned without the original packaging.

2. Return Process & Refunds

How to Initiate a Return:

Please contact our customer support team immediately at 01872-091858 or email us at info@bgofashion.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Exchange Policy:

If you have received a defective item or the wrong size, we will replace it free of charge. You will simply need to hand over the old product to the delivery man and receive the new one.

Refunds:

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds are generally processed via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
